Much like the chocolates at Dolce Patisserie, the confections are more of a traditional treat hand-crafted by Chef Alan.

Turtle:

Soft and chewy
sea salted
caramel with candied pecans enrobed in
Swiss milk chocolate

Layers of Swiss dark and white chocolate
topped with crushed peppermint candies

dark chocolate, white chocolate and Ruby chocolate
